Sausages – 4 pcs.
Eggs – 1 pc.
Fresh milk – 50 ml
Flour – 3 tbsp.
Flour – for rolling
Peel the sausages and cut them into two parts. Beat the egg with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add the milk, flour and mix well.
Pour flour into a bowl and roll the sausages in it.
Then in the breading and fry until golden.
Serve alaminuta with a garnish of your choice and a suitable sauce (garlic or barbecue).
Quick breaded sausages are very tasty.
