Mushrooms – 300 g
Olive oil – 3 tbsp.
Fresh onion – 5 stalks
Garlic – 3 cloves
Chili sauce – 1/2 tsp.
Salt
Black pepper – 6 – 7 grains
Parsley
Peel and clean the onion. Wash the stalks and finely chop them.
Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion. Add the peeled and cut garlic cloves. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and add them to the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 4-5 minutes until the mushrooms are done, stirring them not too often.
Finally, add the chilli, mix.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve alaminuta warm.
