Zucchini – 2 pcs. average
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Cheddar – 30 g grated
Oil – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 pinch
Tomatoes – 2 pcs – for decoration


Peel the zucchini and cut them into cubes.

Heat the oil in a Teflon pan and pour the zucchini inside.

Fry with constant stirring and shaking for about 10-12 minutes until golden.

After that, we add salt, beat in the eggs and add the cheddar.

Stir and cook the steak for about 2 minutes until the eggs are ready.

We pour the easy alaminute into two plates and decorate the sides with slices of tomato.

We serve our zucchini-eggs fritters warm .
