Chicken livers – 500 g
Oil – 5 tbsp.
Onion – 3 heads
Black pepper
Parsley
Salt – for sprinkling
Flour – for rolling
Hot peppers – 4 pcs. ( option )
Easy and very juicy and tasty chicken livers in a pan.
The crumbs are washed, dried and rolled in flour, beating off the excess.
Cut the onion into large half-moons and sauté in hot oil until soft, sprinkled with a little salt and pepper.
Add the livers, fry briefly until they change color, so they don’t become dry, and remove from the heat.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and salt and the pan-fried livers are ready for dinner.
After the livers with onions are cooked in a pan, we also add a few Chorbaji peppers from a jar.
