Onion – 2 – 3 pcs.
Sausage – 300 g salami of your choice
Tomatoes – 2 – 3 pcs. (can also be from a can or tomato puree)
Eggs – 1 – 2 pcs. per person
Salt to taste
The onion is fried until golden.
Add the chopped salami and tomatoes.
They are stewed on a low heat for about 10 minutes, salted, the eggs are broken on the resulting mixture and fried without stirring until the egg white is covered.
The alaminute is sprinkled with parsley and black pepper and served.
It can be prepared with vegetables of your choice.
The quick dinner is ready
